She specializes in start-up leadership positions and those requiring significant business and human capital re-organizations.

Mitchell Fong has been in healthcare for over 10 years. He is a Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives and has served in population health and digital health innovation roles. He is passionate about healthcare innovation to drive equitable access to quality care for all. As a public health professional, Mitchell has been able to help develop population health and virtual care infrastructure, policy, and services aligned with his mission of improving the delivery and quality of health leveraging technology.
An initial love for the surgical setting as a global Product Manager for Pilling Weck many years ago launched Kelly Jordan-Krasner into a long time healthcare career. She has led marketing, sales and growth efforts of innovative, life changing products for many years across multiple specialties, while heavily focused on oncology, radiology and surgery. Kelly has become a launch partner and trusted advisor for start-up healthtech companies who develop products that will change the way medicine is delivered, for the better. Abdoul Bouda is a Queens College Neuroscience program graduate with research focus in Biophysics, Molecular, and Behavioral Neuroscience. He conducted a study to identify links between peripheral changes and CNS plasticity in the context of painful injuries and a study examining the effects of computerized cognitive training on depression patients. Additionally, he has completed a Master of Science degree in Translational Medicine at the CUNY School of Medicine and the Groove School of Engineering. He carried out a capstone project with a biodesign team and prototyped a Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy(PEG) tube. He is also a scholar of both NHI MARC and Yale School of Medicine PATHS programs. After working as a Teaching Assistant for the Department of Education over 7 years, Abdoul joined the New York City Department of Health as a public health advisor where he participated in the COVID-19 test and trace program. He loves volunteering, simplifying science problems, and being physically active.

Jed is an experienced academic clinical research designer. He has worked with various large medical universities studying patients in clinical settings, operating chemical and biomedical research laboratories through which he has built fundamental understanding and multidisciplinary acumen of academic scientific study. He has been effective in designing protocols, implementing novel ideas, analyzing large data sets, publishing peer reviewed manuscripts and promoting diversity and health
Doug has spent the past 30 years working at the intersection of health care policy, law, politics and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding Novana and working with Azafran Capital as an Advisor and Investor, Doug has been founder, CEO and Chairman of three venture-backed technology companies. Under his leadership, these companies secured over two dozen patents, were recognized with multiple juried awards for innovation, and partnered with Apple to feature the first medical device brought to market with patient connectivity and control via an iPhone app. He was named a Fierce 15 CEO by Fierce BioTech in 2013. Kyle brought to us his creative and also methodical problem-solving skills that were tremendous for our bench to application implementation.
Dr. Adi is a Nephrologist with vast entrepreneurial experience in diverse fields and passion for healthtech innovation. He is managing partner and on the executive board of several dialysis clinics and other companies. He previously set up a vascular access center, and has been Head of Nephrology and Transplantation in a large hospital program.
